Important Notice:
If you decide to use the add-on’s functions directly in Google Sheets formulas instead of the sidebar, you should be aware of certain limitations that Google Sheets unfortunately imposes. It does not cache some data.
What does this mean? If you repeatedly use the functions without copying the results or removing the formulas, you might unintentionally send the same data for validation multiple times. In such cases, the API will always return validated data because Google Sheets sends the same request again. This could result in your credits being consumed faster than expected. To avoid this, we recommend:
- Copying validated data with CTRL+C and removing the formulas afterward with CTRL+SHIFT+V.
- Using formulas in complex solutions where such risks are minimized.
